This Webinar will cover the basics and phases of Layered Process Audits (LPA). Caterpillar LPA requirements will also be addressed.

- Phase 4 – Determine who will conduct audits
- Phase 5 – Develop the Monitoring Process & Reports for Management Review
- Phase 6 – Creating LPA Process Documents
- Phase 7 – Auditor Training
- Phase 8 – Train Employees & Implement the LPA Plan
- Phase 9 – Institutionalize the LPA Process
